You can currently find the Locker Stations at 3 locations in the city of Zurich. They are accessible every day and you can deposit your laundry at any time and pick it up again after 2 working days. The lockers are locked and can only be opened by you with the code you receive with your order.

You enter your order online and choose a date and time slot that suits you.
You deposit your laundry in a free locker in the locker station on the day of the ordered pick-up.
We pick up your laundry in the locker station and bring them to our dry cleaners.
Our team of experts separates your laundry according to colors, materials and care instructions. Then they are carefully cleaned and cared for.
Once your fresh clothes are ready to be picked up at the Locker, we’ll send you a pickup invitation and you can pick them up whenever it’s convenient for you.
Locker stations are drop-off points that are accessible every day. You can put your laundry in a locker, we will pick it up, clean it and deliver it back. As soon as the fresh laundry is ready to be picked up, we will inform you and you can pick up your laundry whenever you want.
Currently we have 3 locker stations in Zurich. In Greencity, Mattenhof and at Widmerstrasse 73.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. However, we are currently working on a solution.
It doesn’t matter. Just put it in a free locker. In Greencity at the digital locker station, a free locker opens automatically when you enter a drop-off.
In the case of analog lockers, we will send you the locker number by e-mail with the pickup notification. You will also find your code to access the locker in it. With digital lockers, you can scan the QR code from the pickup notification at the terminal and the locker with your laundry will open automatically.
For analog lockers, you will receive the locker code from us by e-mail and you can also find it in your customer account. With digital lockers, you can scan the QR code from the pickup notification (e-mail) or your customer account at the terminal and the locker with your laundry will open.
Simply take any bag, write your first name and surname as well as your address, e-mail address and telephone number on a piece of paper and place it in the bag. Upon return, you will receive a personalized laundry bag from us that you can use in the future. If you have booked the “EASY” offer, please contact us so that we can send you a laundry bag.
